Most people are unaware of judgment enforcement procedures. Many mistakenly think that after receiving the judge's verdict, they will instantly get they money from the defendant via the court clerk.  For that very reason, many judgments go uncollected, this is called an UNSATISFIED JUDGMENT.

Utilizing various legal methods, Verdict Resolutions will enforce the judgment with efficiency and professionalism.

 

Based in Western New York, we serve the Greater Buffalo Area and Niagara Regions.

We charge no application or up-front fees.  We assume all expenses involved in locating the debtor's assets and the enforcement process. Our actual fee is a percentage of what we recover.

However, there is a time limitation on enforcing a judgment. In New York, it can be up to 20 years.  So that old judgment you thought expired, may not have!
